This basic information is obviously very useful for customer satisfaction. However, the WelcomeTrack product team has decided to go one step further by adding functions to this tracking page to make it even easier to communicate with your customers.
Here are the 2 new tracking page features that you can find on our application:
1 – The return tracking page
Thanks to a specific timeline for returns, your customers will be able to keep track of returned items. Returns can be a source of stress for many customers.Thanks to this new function, they can be reassured throughout the entire process. The timeline shows the status of the return, from label issue to refund.
2- Tracking page for multi-shipment orders
This new feature is ideal for items in the same order that leave from several different locations at the same time. Indeed, it is sometimes difficult for the buyer to have an exhaustive view of this type of order. This lack of visibility can lead the buyer to make a number of calls. WISMO (Where Is My Order) to your customer service department.
Thanks to this tracking page, it’s now possible to see the status of each item, giving you a complete overview of your order.
